SALAMINO
It delicately expresses the typical scents and aromas of wild fruit. Indicated for products to be consumed young and in purity, it gives the wine a brilliant vivacity.
ANCELLOTTA
It is present in almost all Lambrusco blends because it has the important quality of combining and balancing the aromas and flavours of the other grape varieties, giving it harmony and structure. A further peculiarity is its very dark colour.
GRAPPELLO RUBERTI
It is an indigenous vine from the Mantuan Oltrepò area. Its cluster is medium, cylindrical, elongated with medium-sized, spherical blue-black grapes. the result is a fairly intense ruby red wine, acidulous, fairly alcoholic, tannic and slightly sparkling, full-bodied and with typical hints of berries.
Grappello Ruberti is cultivated with the typical ‘bow’ shape (Sylvoz method).
This allows the cluster to ripen in full sun, not covered by the shoots going upwards.
